Care and Support Worker (UK)

Care Total Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Care and Support Workers to provide a range of person-centred services including transportation, personal care, shopping assistance, companionship, and supported living support. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities such as medication reminders, light housekeeping, feeding assistance, and dementia or respite care. Staff will promote each client’s dignity, independence, and well-being while upholding equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care. Workers will collaborate with clients and their social workers to plan appropriate levels of care, book and manage hospital appointments, and provide regular telephone check-ins to ensure ongoing well-being.
