HR Manager (UK)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team while ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Design and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.

Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive company culture.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Support management with workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.

Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to inform decision-making.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role within the UK.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making and organisational skills.

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
